I wish to go...

ritter got his wish!Jarvis (Critter to his friends) has always liked things that were BIG! He especially liked all of those really big machines that help build our roads and cities. In fact, Critter longed to ride and operate some of these really big machines. However, the intestinal condition from which he suffers made it difficult to see these machines in action.

When the wish granters visited Critter, he made a unique request – he wished to go to a working rock quarry and drive a Cat D-11 dozer! Last November, Critter got his wish. He and his family traveled to St. Louis, Missouri and visited the Fred Weber Inc. rock quarry. His wonderful day began with a complete tour of the quarry and was capped off by a working ride on one of the “big machines.” The CAT operators at the quarry were impressed with Critter’s abilities and told him that he was a natural!
